Your Impact
- Provide direct patient care in virtual synchronous visits during clinic hours (M–F 7am–11pm EST; Sat 7am–8pm EST).
- Timely follow-up tasks: case consults, patient messages, phone calls when required.
- Review test results and notify patients per practice standards.
- Complete chart documentation and billing within 24 hours of visits.
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings and collaborate closely with the CMO and the care team.
