Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- You ensure that users can seamlessly start the program by supervising the processing and fulfillment of prescriptions and ensuring users can access the program without delays. This includes precise packaging and shipment preparation to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Inventory and office management oversight: monitor inventory levels, place orders for restocking, organize storage for efficient access, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by actively seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
This position is initially suitable for working students or as a mini-job, with the possibility for full-time employment if desired.
As a logistics working student, you support operational tasks to ensure people with diabetes can access and start the Una program. You are responsible for sending out starter materials, maintaining inventory, handling office supplies, and ensuring an efficient workspace.
This role offers firsthand experience in building an early-stage digital health startup and a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements. Knowledge of German and English is beneficial. You must have great attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach. This is a part-time position requiring daily presence in the Berlin office.
Requirements:
- Organizational skills: exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills: fluent in English and advanced German.
- Detail-oriented: keen eye for details ensuring tasks are precisely completed.
- Proactive: ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative to address them before they become problems.
- Daily presence in the Berlin office at consistent times is required.
