Who you are
This position is initially particularly suitable for working students or as a mini-job but offers the possibility of full-time employment if interested.
As a logistics working student, you support our team by assisting with various operational tasks. Your role is crucial to ensure that people with diabetes have access to and can start the Una program. You are responsible for sending the starting materials. Furthermore, you maintain the inventory and are the contact person for organizing office supplies and ensuring an efficient workplace.
In this role, you have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in building a digital health startup in its early stages. Moreover, you play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Fluency in both German and English is advantageous. Additionally, you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a part-time position that requires daily presence in our Berlin office.

  • Proactive: Ability to anticipate potential challenges and take initiative to address them before they become issues.
  • Daily presence in the Berlin office: Required to be present daily at the Berlin office during the same hours.
Research shows there is a confidence gap between different groups (e.g., gender, age, ethnicity), causing some to apply if they meet 60% of the criteria and others only if they check all the boxes. So if you believe you have what it takes to fulfill this role but may not meet every single point of the job description, please do reach out. We would love to talk to you and see if you fit.
