We are a fast-growing, fully remote team just starting out, with many opportunities to shape the product direction from the beginning.
Responsibilities
Your tasks include ensuring seamless program start for users by overseeing processing and fulfillment of prescriptions and securing timely, safe deliveries including accurate packaging and shipment preparation.
You will monitor inventory and office management, oversee stock levels, reorder supplies, organize storage, and maintain a tidy and organized workplace.
You will actively identify opportunities for process improvements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
This position is especially suited for working students or mini-jobbers initially, with potential for full-time employment upon interest.
As a logistics working student, you will support the team with various operational tasks to ensure people with diabetes gain access to the Una program and can start it. You will be responsible for dispatching start materials, maintaining inventory, organizing office materials, and ensuring an efficient workplace.
This role offers the chance to gain firsthand experience building a digital health startup at an early stage and plays a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
Proficiency in German and English is advantageous. You should have strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude. This part-time role requires daily presence in our Berlin office.
