Working Student - Operations & Logistics (m/f/x)

We are developing the first medical-grade digital therapy that sustainably resolves metabolic disorders. We are a fast-growing, fully remote team that's just getting started. There are plenty of opportunities to shape the direction of the product from the beginning. Your Tasks: - Ensure users can start the program seamlessly: You'll oversee prescription processing and fulfillment, ensuring users can access the program without delays. This includes accurate order packing and shipment preparation to ensure timely and secure delivery. - Inventory and office management: You'll keep an eye on warehouse stock, including monitoring inventory levels, placing replenishment orders, and organizing storage to ensure efficient access to supplies. Additionally, you'll handle office administration tasks, such as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Identify process improvement opportunities: You'll actively seek out and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Who you are: This position is initially particularly suitable for working students or as a mini-job but offers the possibility of full-time employment if interested. As a working student in logistics, you'll strengthen our team by supporting various operational tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring that people with diabetes have access to and can start the Una program. You're responsible for sending the start-up materials. Furthermore, you maintain the inventory and are the contact person for office material organization and ensuring an efficient workplace. In this role, you have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in building an early-stage digital health startup. Additionally, you play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency. German and English language skills are beneficial for the role. Furthermore, you have a strong attention to detail and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a part-time position requiring daily attendance at our Berlin office.
