About Us
We are Una Health, a company on a mission to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We are developing the first medically certified digital therapeutic (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (continuous glucose monitoring, CGM).
Supported by well-known investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play and DART Labs, and by the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are in an exciting growth phase. You will join at a decisive stage and have the extraordinary opportunity to shape Una's commercial success and go-to-market strategy from the start.
Responsibilities
Your mission: open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical care. As a Sales Manager you will actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than sales—you are the public face of Una and the connecting force between Una and key healthcare providers: physicians, diabetologists and their practice teams.
- Relationship building & persuasion: Use your communication skills and understanding of medical practice routines to win over doctors, diabetes educators and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
- Outbound & inbound management: Proactively reach out to potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
- Sales-cycle ownership: Independently manage medical practices from first contact through tailored consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA, handling questions and finding pragmatic solutions to ensure a smooth process and long-term collaboration.
- CRM & data maintenance: Record all sales activities carefully in our CRM system (HubSpot) to create the data foundation for our success.
- Knowledge transfer & representation: Organize and host webinars for medical professionals and occasionally represent Una Health at digital and in-person specialist events.
- Market feedback: Collect feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.
Qualifications
Your profile: sales talent with empathy and drive.
- Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated and persistent. Ideally you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medtech, SaaS or another DiGA) or you are a career changer (e.g., diabetes educator, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, etc.).
- Communication skills: Excellent German (native-level) communication skills, persuasive on the phone and able to explain complex topics simply.
- Customer orientation: You understand medical practice workflows, build trust quickly and act as a competent contact at eye level.
- Self-responsibility: You work independently, are structured and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Languages & tech affinity: Excellent written and spoken German, good English for internal communication, and comfortable using digital tools like CRM systems.

Why Una Health? What we offer:
- Purpose & impact: Take the chance to actively address one of the world's largest health problems and directly improve the quality of life of thousands of patients.
