About Us
We are Una Health, a company with a clear mission: to address the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We develop the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).
Supported by renowned investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, as well as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are currently in an extremely exciting growth phase. You will join us at a crucial phase and have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the success and sales strategy of Una from the very beginning.
Tasks
Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical life. As a Sales Manager, you actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales – you are our face externally and the connecting force between Una and the key stakeholders in care: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams.
With sensitivity and persuasive power, you build strong, sustainable relationships, passionately present our solution, and ensure it finds its way into everyday practice – thereby noticeably increasing the number of prescriptions.
Detailed tasks:
- Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication skills and understanding of medical care everyday life, you win over doctors, diabetes counselors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
- Outbound & inbound management: You actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from partner networks and marketing measures.
- Sales cycle responsibility: You independently manage the accompaniment of medical practices – from first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You proactively respond to inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and enables long-term cooperation.
- CRM & data maintenance: You carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot), creating the data basis for our success.
- Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and accompany webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent contact person. Additionally, you occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical specialist events – professionally, present, and with the goal of bringing our mission into care.
- Market ear: You collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with the marketing and product team to continuously improve our offering.
Qualifications
Your profile: sales talent with empathy and grit.
Requirements:
- Sales mindset: You have a passion for sales, are highly motivated, hungry for success, and stay on the ball even after a "no." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA) or are a career changer (e.g., as a diabetes counselor, medical assistant, pharmaceutical technical assistant, or similar).
- Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are persuasive on the phone, and can explain complex matters simply.
- Customer orientation: You can empathize with the workflows of a medical practice, quickly build trust, and act as a competent contact person at eye level.
- Self-responsibility: You work very independently, structured, and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Languages & tech affinity: You master German perfectly in writing and speaking, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident in handling digital tools like CRM systems.
Benefits
- Meaning & impact: Seize the chance to actively address one of the world's biggest health problems and directly improve the quality of life of thousands of patients.
- Growth & responsibility: Shape our sales processes from scratch! You can expect a steep learning curve and a large area of responsibility.
- Culture & team: We are an international, ambitious team with a "hands-on" mentality. We live flexible working hours, an open feedback culture, and offer a well-equipped remote work environment.
- Development: We actively support your personal and professional development.
- Network: Benefit from an inspiring environment and the exclusive network of our investors and partners like Atlantic Labs.
