About Us
Shape the future of diabetes therapy
We are Una Health, a company on a clear mission: to address the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We are developing the first medically certified digital therapeutic (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (continuous glucose monitoring).
Backed by well-known investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play and DART Labs and the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are in an exciting growth phase. You will join at a decisive stage and have the extraordinary opportunity to shape Una's success and go-to-market strategy from the start.
Responsibilities
Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision into everyday clinical use
As an Account Manager you will actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than sales — you are our external face and the connecting force between Una and key care stakeholders: physicians, diabetologists and their practice teams. With tact and persuasion you will build strong, lasting relationships, present our solution with passion and ensure it becomes part of routine care — increasing the number of prescriptions.
Detailed responsibilities:
- Relationship building & persuasion: Use your communication skills and understanding of everyday medical practice to win over physicians, diabetes educators and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
- Outbound & inbound management: Actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
- Sales cycle ownership: Independently guide medical practices from first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You proactively handle questions, find pragmatic solutions and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and long-term collaboration.
- CRM & data maintenance: Carefully record all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot) to create the data foundation for our success.
- Knowledge transfer & representation: Organize and support webinars for medical staff and act as a competent contact person. Occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical professional events — professionally and present to bring our mission into care.
- Market feedback: Gather valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.
Qualifications
Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and determination
What you bring:
- Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success and persistent after a "no". Ideally you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g. pharma, medtech, SaaS or another DiGA), or you are a career changer (e.g. diabetes educator, medical assistant, PTA or similar).
- Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are persuasive on the phone and can explain complex matters simply.
- Customer orientation: You can understand the workflows of a medical practice, quickly build trust and act as a competent contact on equal terms.
- Self-responsibility: You work very independently, structured and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect written and spoken German, good English for internal communication and are confident with digital tools such as CRM systems.
