About Us

We are Una Health, a company with a clear mission: to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We develop the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).
Supported by renowned investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, as well as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are in an exciting growth phase. You will join us at a crucial stage and have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the success and sales strategy of Una from the start.

Responsibilities

Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical care.
As an Account Manager, you actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales—you are our face to the outside and the connecting force between Una and key stakeholders in care: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams. With sensitivity and persuasiveness, you build strong, sustainable relationships, passionately present our solution, and ensure it finds its way into everyday practice—thus significantly increasing the number of prescriptions.
Detailed tasks:
  • Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication skills and understanding of medical care routines, you win over doctors, diabetes counselors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & Inbound Management: You actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing efforts.
  • Sales cycle responsibility: You independently guide medical practices from first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You proactively address inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and long-term collaboration.
  • CRM & data maintenance: You carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot) to create the data basis for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and accompany webinars for medical personnel and act as a competent contact person. You also occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical professional events—professionally, present, and with the goal of bringing our mission into healthcare.
  • Market feedback: You collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with the marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and drive.
Requirements:
  • Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persistent even after hearing "no." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or other DiGA), or you are a career changer (e.g., diabetes counselor, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, or similar).
  • Communication strength: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are convincing on the phone, and can explain complex issues simply.
  • Customer orientation: You can understand the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly, and act as a competent contact person on an equal footing.
  • Self-responsibility: You work very independently, structured, and always keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: You master German perfectly in writing and speech, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident with digital tools like CRM systems.
