Responsibilities

If you want to implement events that really make a difference, and marketing that not only generates attention but also improves the healthcare system, then Una Health is the right place for you. They develop digital health applications for people with type 2 diabetes - prescribed by doctors and reimbursed by health insurance companies. Your work will help bring this innovation into care.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events and marketing measures independently that excite doctors, professional audiences, and other stakeholders in healthcare. This includes:
- Organizing and implementing events: professional congresses, regional meetups, webinars, training sessions, and trade show appearances - including venues, service providers, catering, budget, and timing.
- Content design of event programs in collaboration with speakers, partners, and the marketing team.
- Presence on-site (or online): ensuring smooth operations, technical support, and the special touch.
- Creation of materials: presentations, brochures, giveaways, and event communication – often together with designers or external partners.
- Support in developing and implementing targeted B2B marketing campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) to increase product awareness.
- Collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and external agencies for consistent brand communication.
- Post-event follow-up: collecting feedback, analyzing results, securing learnings.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in event management, marketing, communication, business, or comparable practical experience.
- Organizational talent with a sense of structure, timing and deadlines – proven through event organization, whether at work, university, or privately.
- Communication skills: ability to express clearly, professionally, and convincingly – in German (C2) and English (at least B2/C1).
- Initial experience or motivation in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health.
- Initiative, creative ideas, and joy in taking responsibility.
- Openness to travel and willingness to attend events on-site (approx. 5-10 times per year).
- Ideally some experience with startups, event communication design, or medical topics.
- Technical understanding: ability to quickly learn tools and preferably familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack or Google Workspace.
