About Una Health

We are Una, a mission-driven company tackling the ever-increasing burden of metabolic disease. We combine the latest medical research, data science, bio-sensor technology, and human-centred design to enable sustainable behaviour change and improve health outcomes. We develop the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition. We are a fast-growing, remote-first team preparing to launch our solution with opportunities to shape the company's direction.

Tasks

You will play an instrumental part in Una's mission of providing targeted, sustainable, and accessible interventions for lifestyle change. You will be responsible for guiding patients towards successfully achieving their health goals. Specifically:
  • You will be the first point of contact for patients during their Program.
  • You'll orchestrate their care, liaising with technical, medical, and other teams to ensure smooth sailing throughout.
  • You will collect their feedback and communicate it to product and medical teams for continuous improvement of our solution driven by patient and healthcare professional needs.
  • You'll be the trusted advocate they can rely on.
  • You will help develop our cutting-edge nutritional intervention, making sure it is relevant, evidence-based, and accessible for our patients.
As the field is novel, there will be opportunities to innovate, experiment, and take ownership while observing an early-stage digital health startup's development and growth.
