Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated sales professional for a full-time position (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated individuals who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The role is commission-based and offers an exciting opportunity to earn bonuses and increase your income through your success!
- You accompany users from the first telephone contact through the steps to access the Una program, enabling them to take control of their diabetes.
- You always keep your sales targets in sight and are motivated to regularly exceed them.
- You advise patients on content-related and technical questions regarding our digital therapy, aiming to facilitate their access to the program.
- You collect feedback and encourage users to continue using our program to further improve their health.
- You manage your pipeline, including data maintenance and cleanliness of the CRM system.
- You work closely with your team and other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.).
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Diligence and willingness to take initiative
- Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness for changes typical in a startup environment
- Structured approach to tasks and good attention to detail
