We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at an extremely exciting phase as we bring our solution to market. You have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed sales professional for a full-time position (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated individuals who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The position is commission-based and offers you an exciting opportunity to earn bonuses through your success and increase your income!
  • From the first telephone contact, you accompany users through the steps to access the Una program, enabling them to take control of their diabetes.
  • You keep your sales goals in mind and are motivated to regularly exceed them.
  • You advise patients on content and technical questions regarding our digital therapy with the goal of facilitating their access to the program.
  • You collect feedback and motivate users to continue using our program to further improve their health.
  • You manage your pipeline, including data maintenance and CRM system cleanliness.
  • You work closely with your team as well as other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native German and fluent English.
