We combine the latest medical research, data science, biosensor technology and human-centered design to enable sustainable behavioral change and improve health outcomes. We are developing the first medically certified digital therapy to sustainably solve metabolic disorders through precision nutrition.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated salesperson in full-time (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated people who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The position is commission-based and offers the exciting opportunity to earn bonuses through your success and improve your income!
- From the first telephone contact, you accompany users through the steps to access the Una program and thus enable them to take control of their diabetes
- You always keep your sales targets in mind and are motivated to regularly exceed them
- You advise patients on substantive and technical questions about our digital therapy, with the goal of facilitating their access to the program
- You collect feedback and motivate users to continue using our program to further improve their health
- You take care of your pipeline, including maintaining the data and cleanliness of the CRM system
- You work closely with your team but also with other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.)
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Native German speaker and fluent English
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Diligence and willingness to take matters into your own hands describe you 100%
- You are flexible, adaptable, and open to changes that come with work in a startup
- You perform your tasks in a structured manner and have a good eye for detail
- You have a pronounced technical affinity
- You want to develop further and deepen your knowledge and skills
