Qualifications

Who you are:
This position is initially especially suitable for working students or as a mini-job but offers the possibility of full-time employment if interested.
As a working student in logistics, you support our team with various operational tasks. Your role is crucial to ensure that people with diabetes can access and start the Una program. You are responsible for sending out the start materials. Furthermore, you manage inventory and are the contact person for organizing office supplies and ensuring an efficient workplace.
In this role, you have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in building an early-stage digital health startup. You also play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Knowledge of German and English is an advantage. You have a keen eye for detail and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a part-time position requiring daily presence in our Berlin office.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills: fluent English and advanced German.
  • Detail-oriented: ensuring all tasks are done with precision.
  • Proactive attitude: anticipating potential challenges and taking initiative to address them.
  • Daily presence in the Berlin office at set times is required for this role.
Research shows that there is a confidence gap among different groups (e.g., gender, age, ethnicity), leading some to apply if they meet 60% of the criteria and others only if they meet all. So if you believe you are fit for this role but don't meet every single point, please still apply. We'd love to talk to you and see if you'd fit with us.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to tackle one of the leading health issues worldwide.
  • Competitive salary and the possibility of a full-time position.
  • Healthy work-life balance.
  • Personal growth and training opportunities.
