About Us: Shape the Future of Diabetes Therapy

We are Una Health, a company with a clear mission: to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We are developing the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (continuous glucose monitoring, CGM).
Supported by renowned investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play and DART Labs as well as the founding teams behind mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are in an exciting growth phase. You will join at a decisive moment and have the exceptional opportunity to help shape Una's success and sales strategy from the start.

Responsibilities

Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday clinical care.
As a Sales Manager you will actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than a salesperson — you are our public face and the connecting force between Una and key care stakeholders: physicians, diabetologists and their practice teams. With tact and persuasiveness you build strong, sustainable relationships, present our solution with passion and ensure it becomes part of routine practice — increasing the number of prescriptions.
  • Relationship building & persuasion: Use your communication skills and understanding of clinical workflows to win over physicians, diabetes educators and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & inbound management: Proactively reach out to potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Independently guide medical practices from first contact through tailored consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You respond proactively to questions, find pragmatic solutions and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and long-term collaboration.
  • CRM & data maintenance: Carefully record all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot) to create the data foundation for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: Organize and support webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent point of contact. Occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical professional events.
  • Market feedback: Collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and drive
You bring:
  • Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, hungry for success and persistent after a "no". Ideally you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g. pharma, medtech, SaaS or another DiGA) or you are a career changer (e.g. diabetes educator, medical assistant, pharmaceutical technical assistant, or similar).
  • Communication skills: Excellent German (native level), persuasive on the phone and able to explain complex matters simply.
  • Customer orientation: You can empathize with the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly and act as a competent contact on equal terms.
  • Independence: You work very autonomously, are structured and keep track even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: Fluent written and spoken German, good English for internal communication, and confident use of digital tools such as CRM systems.

Why Una Health? What we offer
