About Us: Shape the Future of Diabetes Therapy

We are Una Health, a company on a clear mission to address the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We develop the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).
Supported by renowned investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, as well as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are currently in an exciting growth phase. You will join us at a pivotal time and have the exceptional opportunity to help shape the success and sales strategy of Una from the start.

Responsibilities

Your mission: open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical care.
As a Sales Manager, you will actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales – you are our face outward and the connecting force between Una and the key players in healthcare: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams.
With sensitivity and persuasiveness, you build strong, sustainable relationships, passionately present our solution, and ensure it finds its way into everyday practice – increasing the number of prescriptions noticeably.
Detailed duties:
  • Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication strengths and understanding of medical care routines, you win doctors, diabetes advisors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & inbound management: You proactively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing efforts.
  • Sales cycle responsibility: You independently accompany medical practices from the first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You respond proactively to inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and enables long-term cooperation.
  • CRM & data maintenance: You carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot), creating the data basis for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and support webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent contact person. You also occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical specialist events professionally, visibly, and with the goal of bringing our mission into care.
  • Having an ear to the market: You gather valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: sales talent with empathy and tenacity.
What you bring:
  • Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persist even after a "no." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA) or you are a career changer (e.g., as a diabetes advisor, MFA, PTA, or similar).
  • Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are persuasive on the phone, and can explain complex issues simply.
  • Customer orientation: You can put yourself in the workflows of a medical practice, quickly build trust, and act as a competent contact person on an equal footing.
  • Independence: You work very independently, structured, and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect command of German in writing and speaking, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident in handling digital tools like CRM systems.
