We are developing the first medically certified digital therapeutic (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (continuous glucose monitoring).

You will join at a decisive stage and have an exceptional opportunity to help shape Una's success and sales strategy from the start.

Responsibilities

Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday clinical care. As a Sales Manager you will actively drive our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than sales — you are our external face and the link between Una and key care stakeholders such as physicians, diabetologists and their practice teams.
You will build strong, lasting relationships, present our solution with passion and ensure it is integrated into practice routines to increase the number of prescriptions.
Detailed responsibilities:
  • Relationship building & persuasion: Use your communication skills and understanding of medical practice workflows to win over physicians, diabetes educators and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & inbound management: Proactively contact potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Take full responsibility for supporting medical practices — from first contact through individualized consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. Respond proactively to questions, find pragmatic solutions and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and long-term collaboration.
  • CRM & data maintenance: Record all sales activities carefully in our CRM system (HubSpot) and create the data foundation for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: Organize and lead webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent point of contact. Represent Una Health at digital and physical specialist events occasionally — professionally, present and with the goal of bringing our mission into care.
  • Market feedback: Collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with the marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and grit.
What you bring:
  • Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, hungry for success and persistent after a "no". Ideally you have 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS or another DiGA) or you are a career changer (e.g., as a diabetes educator, medical assistant, pharmacy technician, etc.).
  • Communication strength: You communicate excellently in German (native-level), are persuasive on the phone and can explain complex matters simply.
  • Customer orientation: You understand the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly and act as a competent contact on equal footing.
  • Self-responsibility: You work very independently, are structured and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: You have excellent written and spoken German, good English for internal communication and are confident using digital tools such as CRM systems.
