Responsibilities

Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical practice.
As a Sales Manager, you actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales – you are our face externally and the connecting power between Una and key healthcare actors: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams.
With sensitivity and persuasiveness, you build strong, sustainable relationships, present our solution with passion, and ensure it finds its way into daily practice – growing the number of prescriptions noticeably.
Detailed tasks include:
  • Relationship building & persuasion: Use your communication strength and understanding of the medical care routine to win doctors, diabetes advisors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & inbound management: Actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from partner networks and marketing efforts.
  • Sales cycle responsibility: Independently accompany medical practices – from first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. Proactively respond to inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and enables long-term collaboration.
  • CRM & data maintenance: Carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot) to create the data basis for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: Organize and support webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent contact person. Occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical professional events – professionally, present, and with the aim of carrying our mission into care.
  • Market feedback: Collect valuable feedback directly from the practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and determination.
What you bring:
  • Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persevere even after a "no." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA) or you are a career changer (e.g. as a diabetes advisor, MFA, PTA, etc.).
  • Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are convincing on the phone, and can explain complex matters simply.
  • Customer orientation: You understand the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly, and act as a competent contact at eye level.
  • Self-responsibility: You work very independently, structured, and always keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: You master German perfectly in writing and speaking, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident with digital tools such as CRM systems.
