Responsibilities

Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical practice.
As a Sales Manager, you will actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales—you are our face outward and the connecting force between Una and key players in care: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams.
With sensitivity and persuasion, you build strong, sustainable relationships, passionately present our solution, and ensure it finds its way into everyday practice—thus significantly increasing the number of prescriptions.
Responsibilities in detail:
  • Relationship building & persuasion: Using your communication strength and understanding of medical care, you win doctors, diabetes advisors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA).
  • Outbound & inbound management: You actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
  • Sales cycle responsibility: You independently accompany medical practices from first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA, addressing questions proactively, finding pragmatic solutions, and ensuring a smooth process that builds trust and enables long-term collaboration.
  • CRM & data maintenance: You carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot), creating the data foundation for our success.
  • Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and support webinars for medical staff and act as a competent contact person. Occasionally, you represent Una Health at digital and physical specialist events professionally, present, and with the goal of bringing our mission into care.
  • Market feedback: You collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.

Qualifications

Your profile: Sales talent with empathy and determination
Requirements:
  • Sales mindset: You are passionate about sales, highly motivated, hungry for success, and keep going even after a "No." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA) or are a career changer (e.g., as a diabetes advisor, MFA, PTA, or similar).
  • Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are persuasive on the phone, and can explain complex issues simply.
  • Customer orientation: You understand the workflows of a medical practice, quickly build trust, and act as a competent contact person at eye level.
  • Independence: You work very independently, structured, and always keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
  • Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect German in writing and speaking, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident in using digital tools such as CRM systems.
