About Us
We are Una Health, a company with a clear mission: to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We develop the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).
Supported by renowned investors such as Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, as well as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health, we are in an extremely exciting growth phase. You will join at a critical phase and have the extraordinary opportunity to help shape the success and sales strategy of Una from the start.
Responsibilities
Your mission: Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday medical care.
As an Account Manager, you actively shape our growth in the German healthcare market. You are more than just sales – you are our face externally and the connecting force between Una and key actors in care: doctors, diabetologists, and their practice teams.
With sensitivity and persuasiveness, you build strong, lasting relationships, passionately present our solution, and ensure it finds its way into routine practice – thereby significantly increasing the number of prescriptions.
Your detailed tasks:
- Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication skills and understanding of medical care routines, you win over doctors, diabetes consultants, and medical professionals for our digital health application (DiGA).
- Outbound & inbound management: You actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities.
- Sales cycle responsibility: You independently accompany medical practices from the first contact through individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. You proactively address inquiries, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure a smooth process that builds trust and long-term collaboration.
- CRM & data maintenance: You carefully maintain all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot), creating the data foundation for our success.
- Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and support webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent contact person. You also occasionally represent Una Health at digital and physical specialist events – professionally, present, and with the aim of bringing our mission into care.
- Ears to the market: You gather valuable feedback directly from the practices and work closely with the marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.
Qualifications
Your profile: sales talent with empathy and determination.
You bring:
- Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persistent after a "no." Ideally, you have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical technology, SaaS, or another DiGA) or are a career changer (e.g., diabetes consultant, MFA, PTA, etc.).
- Communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are convincing on the phone, and can explain complex issues simply.
- Customer orientation: You can understand the workflows of a doctor's office, quickly build trust, and act as a competent contact person on equal footing.
- Independence: You work very independently, structured, and always keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect written and spoken German, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident with digital tools like CRM systems.
