Do you want to implement events that really make a difference? Marketing that not only generates attention but also improves the healthcare system? Then you are exactly right at Una Health. We develop digital health applications for people with type 2 diabetes - prescribed by doctors, reimbursed by health insurance. Your work helps us bring this innovation into care.
Responsibilities
You plan and coordinate independently events and marketing activities that inspire doctors, professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. These include:
- Organization and execution of events: specialist congresses, regional meetups, webinars, training sessions, and trade fair appearances - including locations, service providers, catering, budget, and timings.
- Content design of event programs in cooperation with speakers, partners, and the marketing team.
- Presence on-site (or online): you ensure smooth operations, technical support, and that certain extra touch.
- Creation of materials: presentations, brochures, giveaways, and event communication - often together with designers or external partners.
- Support in developing and implementing targeted B2B marketing campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) to raise awareness of our products.
- Collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and external agencies for consistent brand communication.
- Follow-up: gathering feedback, analyzing results, securing learnings.
Qualification
Requirements
- Degree in event management, marketing, communication, business, or comparable practical experience.
- Organizational talent with a sense of structure, timings, and deadlines - even when it gets hectic, which you have already demonstrated in organizing events, whether at work, university, or privately.
- Communication skills: you can express yourself clearly, professionally, and convincingly - in German (C2) and English (at least B2/C1).
- First experience or motivation in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health.
- Initiative, creative ideas, and joy in taking responsibility.
- Openness to travel and willingness to be present at events on-site (about 5-10 times per year).
- Ideally first experience with startups, designing event communication or medical topics.
- Basic technical understanding: you quickly familiarize yourself with tools and ideally know remote collaboration tools like Slack or Google Workspace.
