About Una Health
We are Una Health, a company with a clear mission: to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. We develop the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).

You will join us at a decisive phase and have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the success and sales strategy of Una from the start.
Responsibilities
You play a central role in ensuring that our users can successfully use the Una App and have a positive experience with the app. Specifically, this means:
- You are the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and problems related to using the program
- You answer calls, emails, and support inquiries with patience, empathy, and a clear focus on the individual needs of our users.
- You find pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches and guide our customers step by step, even if they have little technical experience.
- You document inquiries and systematically forward recurring issues to our product and tech team.
- You proactively work on improving support processes and expanding our internal knowledge base.
- You bring positive energy, motivation, and a hands-on mentality to the team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or a comparable role
- Confident in handling digital tools (helpdesk systems, CRM, etc.)
- Understanding of basic technical processes (e.g., app login, app navigation, troubleshooting)
Languages
- German at native speaker level (or equivalent), as you will work daily with German-speaking customers
- English skills are a plus, as our team is international

- Very good communication skills, empathetic and patient—you can explain even complex things simply
- Solution-oriented, structured, and hands-on
- Positive energy, motivation, and joy in helping others
- Proactive work style and willingness to take responsibility
