Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed salesperson in full-time (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated people who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The position is commission-based and offers you an exciting opportunity to earn bonuses through your success and improve your income!
- From the first telephone contact, you accompany users through the steps to access the Una program and enable them to control their diabetes.
- You keep your sales targets constantly in view and are motivated to regularly exceed them.
- You advise patients on content and technical questions about our digital therapy with the goal of facilitating their access to the program.
- You collect feedback and motivate users to continue using our program to further improve their health.
- You take care of your pipeline, including maintaining data and the cleanliness of the CRM system.
- You work closely with your team as well as with other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.).
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native German and fluent English
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Hardworking and willing to take matters into your own hands
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready for the changes that come with working in a startup
- Structured in completing tasks with a good eye for detail
- Strong technical affinity
- Eager to develop further and deepen your knowledge and skills
