We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at an extremely exciting phase as we bring our solution to market. You will have the opportunity to shape the company's direction from the beginning.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed salesperson to join us full-time (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated individuals who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The role is commission-based and offers the exciting opportunity to earn bonuses through your success and improve your income!
  • Accompany users from the first telephone contact through the steps to access the Una program, enabling them to take control of their diabetes.
  • Keep your sales targets in view and be motivated to regularly exceed them.
  • Advise patients on content and technical questions about our digital therapy, aiming to facilitate their access to the program.
  • Collect feedback and motivate users to continue using our program to further improve their health.
  • Manage your pipeline, including data maintenance and CRM system cleanliness.
  • Work closely with your team as well as other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native German and fluent English.
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude.
  • Diligence and willingness to take matters into your own hands describe you 100%.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and ready for changes that come with working in a start-up.
  • Perform tasks in a structured manner with a good eye for detail.
  • Strong technical affinity.
  • Eager to develop further and deepen your knowledge and skills.
