Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated sales professional to work full-time (40 hours per week). This position is ideal for young, motivated individuals who want to acquire knowledge and contribute to the development of digital medicine. The job is commission-based and offers you the exciting opportunity to earn bonuses through your success and increase your income!
- From the first phone contact, you accompany users through the steps to access the Una program, enabling them to control their diabetes
- You keep your sales targets in view and are motivated to regularly exceed them
- You advise patients on content-related and technical questions about our digital therapy to facilitate their access to the program
- You collect feedback and motivate users to continue using our program to further improve their health
- You take care of your pipeline, including maintaining data and cleanliness of the CRM system
- You work closely with your team and other related departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.)
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Native German and fluent English
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Diligence and willingness to take initiative describe you 100%
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready for the changes that come with working in a startup
- You perform your tasks in a structured way and have a good eye for detail
- You have a pronounced technical affinity
- You are eager to develop yourself and deepen your knowledge and skills
