Opportunity

As a Virtual Intake Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in member enrollment, guiding clinical enrollment and determining program placement based on eligibility. The role involves working with protocols, decision trees, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to support behavior change and improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Review member's medical history, labs, and medications
  • Follow intake protocols and clinical assessment decision trees
  • Use resources like enrollment dashboards and process trackers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional intake and care teams
  • Provide initial clinician review and escalate as needed
  • Maintain quality care and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Document clinical notes and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Active and unencumbered compact RN license, additional state licenses preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings
  • Experience in triage/intake, case management, value-based care preferred
  • BSN or MSN degree required
  • Skilled in motivational interviewing and behavior change
  • Comfortable with technology and data integration
  • Ability to manage large caseloads in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with multiple documentation systems and business tools
  • Experience in high-growth or rapidly changing environments
  • Professional phone and video skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range from $80,000 to $85,000.
