Job Opportunity
Seeking energetic physicians to provide direct member care for Twin Members in the U.S., based in South Carolina with an active South Carolina license.
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 10am-6pm EST and an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment using Twin guidelines.
- Use the Twin Platform for medication management and prescription writing.
- Monitor critical symptoms and consult as needed for Twin members.
- Oversee and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for member management.
- Respond occasionally to member voicemails about Twin Health or medication authorizations.
- Provide feedback to improve clinical tools and patient care protocols.
- Travel to several states for in-person chart reviews twice yearly.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- 2-3 years minimum clinical practice experience.
- Active state licenses, South Carolina required; ILMC Compact preferred.
- Excellent clinician-patient communication skills.
- Available for quarterly on-call.
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms and conduct video-based remote consults.
- Ability to work closely with NPs and PAs, providing clinical oversight.
- Passion for revolutionizing chronic disease management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior telemedicine experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Additional active state licenses.
- Experience treating diabetic patients clinically.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $215,000 annually.
