Job Opportunity
Seeking energetic physicians to provide direct care to Twin Members in the US. Full-time role with a Monday-Friday 10am-6pm schedule in applicant's time zone with on-call rotation. Candidates with multiple state licenses or ILMC compact license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment using Twin guidelines
- Use Twin Platform for medication management and prescription writing
- Monitor critical symptoms and provide follow-up consultations
- Oversee APP management and collaborate regularly with Advanced Practitioners
- Respond to member voicemails and assist with medication authorizations
- Provide feedback on clinical tools development
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- 2-3 years clinical practice experience minimum
- Active licenses in multiple states, ILMC Compact preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Available for quarterly on-call duties
- Willingness to learn new technology and deliver remote care
- Ability to collaborate closely with NPs and PAs
- Passionate about innovative chronic disease management
- US-based remote opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior telemedicine experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- ILMC Compact license
- Extensive experience with diabetic patients
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 to $215,000 per year.
