Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots. Follow up with clients confirmed for webinars. Engage clients post-webinar about interest in counseling sessions with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions ensuring timely follow-ups. Provide webinar and counseling session details to clients. Achieve daily/weekly call targets with quality interactions.

Fresher or up to 1 year experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar role. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language. Ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Positive, professional, customer-centric attitude.
