Tele caller/Tele sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, booking webinar slots, following up with attendees, and checking their interest in counseling sessions with our sales team.
If you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of telecalling experience and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots.
  • Follow up with clients who have confirmed their availability for the webinar.
  • Engage with clients post-webinar to assess their interest in counseling sessions with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide necessary details regarding the webinar and counseling sessions to clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure quality interactions with clients.

Requirements

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English is and Hindi, or any regional language.
  • Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
