Opportunity

Twin Health seeks an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter for a 90-day fully remote contract. The role focuses exclusively on recruiting top talent for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Candidates should be passionate about the candidate journey, excel in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and product roles managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for Engineering, Product & Design
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft strategies.
    • Manage pipelines for software engineers, data engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and related roles.
    • Own interview scheduling process for smooth candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with recruiting coordinator on scheduling and maintaining efficiency.
    • Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build strong hiring manager relationships as a trusted advisor.
    • Create and maintain hiring plans and align recruitment with team goals.
    • Provide regular updates on progress and market insights.
    • Coordinate with recruiting coordinator to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Tools & Data
    • Use Greenhouse ATS for candidate lifecycle, feedback, pipeline tracking.
    • Maintain data accuracy in ATS.
    • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other sourcing tools to build pipelines.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years technical recruiting experience focused on Engineering, Product, Design roles.
  • Experience managing full cycle recruiting process.
  • Proven success in high-growth or startup companies managing 15-20+ active roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Remote work experience and collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational skills.
  • Understanding of US hiring practices and employment laws.
