Opportunity
The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Associate Director of Supply Chain and contribute to short and long term supply chain strategy through KPI analytics, logistics coordination, and management of systems like Netsuite. The role involves iterating operational changes in a fast-growing supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance supply chain KPI models
- Analyze fulfillment and operational trends against supply chain and financial targets
- Develop models to support supply chain strategy
- Partner with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to align inventory with third-party logistics
- Drive cross-functional projects for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders including senior leadership
- Monitor supplier and logistics partner performance and take corrective actions
- Maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting tools
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields
- High proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze large datasets
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain workstreams including fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems such as Netsuite preferred
- This is a hybrid role based in New York City, applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
