Opportunity
The Strategic Finance Analyst role involves working cross-functionally with finance, go-to-market, product, clinical, customer success, and analytics teams to design and execute financial and corporate strategy. It is a high-visibility role with opportunities to contribute significantly and interact with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the senior leadership team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build financial forecasts influencing the company's strategic direction
- Conduct financial modeling to analyze financial impact of strategic initiatives
- Maintain long-term company financial model for internal prioritization and investor communications
- Build and maintain detailed margin structure model to identify operational improvements
- Support special projects, future fundraising, and associated transaction execution
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or related fields; healthcare or technology experience preferred
- Experience and high proficiency in designing and executing financial models
- Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and business acumen
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic, evolving business environment and adapt quickly
- Track record of managing multiple stakeholders effectively
- Extreme attention to detail
- Hybrid work setup based in New York City office; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation range is $105,000 to $115,000.
