Opportunity
The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for the next generation of member-facing experiences. This includes delivering agents and in-app journeys to set up personalized care plans and provide holistic insights that drive measurable outcomes. The role involves setting the roadmap, shipping quickly, running experiments, and scaling successful features across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define and socialize a multi-quarter plan across daily plans, member journeys, and care circles aligning with activation, retention, and outcome targets.
- Build and ship consumer-grade experiences across app, chat, and voice platforms.
- Write precise UX briefs, product requirement documents (PRDs), and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA teams to move ideas from concept to launch.
- Lead member research through interviews, usability tests, and diary studies, synthesizing insights into decisions and narrative updates.
- Communicate the reasons behind initiatives, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and translate insights into future opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years managing member-facing mobile/web user experiences.
- Strong skills in metrics definition, experimentation including KPI definition, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and familiarity with analytics tools. Basic SQL skills are a plus.
- Expertise in discovery and delivery including journey mapping, usability testing, creating clear PRDs and UX briefs, and working in ambiguous environments with prioritization skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000.
