Opportunity
Own the strategy and execution for Twin's next generation of member-facing experiences. Deliver agents and in-app journeys to align care-plan goals and surface insights that drive measurable outcomes. Set the roadmap, ship fast, run experiments, and scale successful approaches across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for daily plans, member journeys, and care circles tied to activation, retention, and outcomes.
- Build and ship core journeys delivering consumer-grade experiences across app, chat, and voice.
- Write clear UX briefs/PRDs and acceptance criteria; partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to move from idea to launch.
- Lead member discovery through interviews, usability tests, and diary studies; synthesize insights into decisions and narratives.
- Lead storytelling and translate insights into future priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management or equivalent impact, including 2+ years owning member-facing mobile/web UX.
- Experience with metrics and experimentation, including KPI definition, cohorting, A/B testing; comfort with analytics tools and basic SQL is a plus.
- Strong discovery and delivery skills including journey mapping, usability testing, clear PRDs/UX briefs, and prioritization in ambiguity.
- Remote U.S. based position; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No new visa sponsorship but may transfer existing visas.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $170,000 - $190,000.
