Opportunity
The Senior Product Manager will own strategy and execution for Twin's voice onboarding, enrollment agent, and hybrid conversational Digital Twin, turning multi-modal data into member guidance to drive activation, habit formation, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include setting the roadmap, shipping quickly, running experiments, and scaling solutions across chat, voice, and proactive agents.
Responsibilities
- Define and socialize a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for voice and conversational AI aligned with activation, retention, and outcomes.
- Deliver onboarding, enrollment, and coaching experiences via voice, chat, and task agents.
- Write specific requirements and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to progress ideas to launch.
- Establish conversation patterns, prompt practices, versioning, and evaluation focused on quality, speed, and cost.
- Lead narrative efforts, translating insights into future initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management, including 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, personalization).
- Experience shipping conversational or voice experiences with clear metric improvements.
- Strong product judgment, analytics skills including A/B testing and KPI definition, with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- U.S.-based remote work eligibility, authorized to work without new visa sponsorship (existing visa transfer possible).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually.
