Job Opportunity
Seeking a dynamic, innovative Senior MLOps Engineer to integrate machine learning with healthcare technology. The role demands versatility, collaboration, and leadership skills to develop and enhance ML platforms and healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build robust AI/ML systems focusing on backend distributed systems and microservices.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives managing scope, timelines, and dependencies, aligning Data, Infra, and ML Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize workflows for model training, real-time inference, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ML infrastructure providing guidance internally and externally.
- Ensure ML systems' operational excellence and reliability, defining and enforcing SLAs on performance including latency, throughput, and resource use.
- Develop tools for model management and continuous monitoring to enhance ML lifecycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and share knowledge to promote continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks for large, distributed, high-scale ML applications; experience with LLMs and GenAI is a plus.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, data structures, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Java or Go.
- Strong knowledge of deploying scalable machine learning models using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data frameworks (Spark) is a plus.
