Opportunity

Twin Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to drive member registration, activation, and business growth for health plan clients. This role entails developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs across plan-owned and employer-facing channels, while contributing to strategy and building scalable marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client marketing strategies for engagement through plan-owned and employer-facing channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, webinars, events, newsletters, and referral programs.
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for clients and support onboarding for new launches.
  • Support marketing playbook development and manage scalable campaign processes.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Clinical Ops to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years experience in B2B2C marketing with at least 3 years in health plans.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-channel campaigns in complex client ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Skilled in client communication and campaign enablement.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and marketing/data tools preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment.
