Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and driving outcomes to create value for clients and members. Responsibilities include ensuring client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align internal teams with client goals and maximize program utilization and success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Client Value:
- Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with key client stakeholders aligning with goals and KPIs.
- Develop deep expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation, and marketing strategies.
- Navigate complex health plan and employer partner environments.
- Provide data-driven consultative recommendations to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Prepare client reporting including ROI analysis and business reviews tailored to client objectives.
- Monitor client health to identify and mitigate risks to satisfaction and retention.
- Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories and testimonials.
Drive Adoption & Engagement:
- Lead strategies to maximize program adoption and member engagement for measurable results.
- Use data insights to improve client experience and inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with Marketing on client success stories and case studies.
- Support and lead client events and initiatives to foster engagement and community.
Grow Revenue & Renewals:
- Manage full client renewal lifecycle ensuring timely renewals.
- Identify and secure expansion and upsell opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Communicate risks to renewal or expansion early and resolve them cross-functionally.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as central contact for client escalations, coordinating resolution with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive leadership to share insights and improve continuously.
- Partner with Member Marketing on promotional strategies and toolkits.
- Operate with urgency to meet client and business objectives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in client success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, health, or services industries.
- Proven track record in client growth, engagement, and retention.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Highly organized with detail orientation and follow-through.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for impactful work.
- Presentation and storytelling skills evaluated during recruitment.
- Flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $130,000-$145,000 annually. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, remote work flexibility, equity participation opportunities, unlimited vacation (with manager approval), paid parental leave, employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options, and a 401k retirement savings plan.
