Role Opportunity
The Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Agentic) will contribute to building AI-native products that redefine user interactions and experiences. The role involves designing and developing conversational user interfaces and scalable backend services integrated with AI models.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of AI-agentic user-facing systems from concept to deployment.
- Build conversational, multi-modal web user interfaces.
- Maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines connecting frontend with AI core models.
- Prototype and iterate on new product concepts in ambiguous areas.
- Ensure best practices for AI-native app lifecycle including testing, monitoring, security, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers to build for the AI-agentic era.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Travel to Mountain View headquarters for planning and collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years full stack software engineering experience with complex user-facing products.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue and passion for UX.
- Proficient in backend languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Experience with Large Language Models and AI application stacks including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, agentic frameworks.
- Strong API design skills (REST, GraphQL).
- Product-driven mindset to convert ambiguous needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Healthcare or regulated field experience is a plus.
Additional Information
This is a remote role based in the US requiring work authorization. No new visa sponsorships, but transfers of existing visas possible.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range $195,000 to $210,000. Benefits include competitive compensation, remote work, equity participation, unlimited vacation, paid parental leave, employer-sponsored healthcare coverage, 401k plan, and a supportive culture.
