Job Opportunity
The Senior AI Engineer will join the Core AI team to elevate the AI-driven product using the latest techniques in Generative AI, AI agents, and deep learning, powered by the Digital Twin AI. The position involves shipping AI features that improve members' health daily. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization
- Utilize advanced techniques such as Prompt Engineering, conversational AI, deep learning, and personalized recommendations for individual solutions
- Build and improve ML models to drive behavior change and improve metabolic health across diverse member bases
- Influence product roadmap through data analysis of member behavior and preferences
- Collaborate across clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering teams to design AI-powered experiences and achieve impact
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; PhD is a plus
- 5+ years of experience developing AI and ML systems in production; consumer-facing feature experience is a plus
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations
- Experience in building, deploying, and optimizing ML models using deep learning neural networks
- Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models is a plus
- Proficiency in Python programming and complex data analysis with SQL, Snowflake, etc.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (remote role limited to U.S. based applicants)
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $220,000.
