IITM Research Park, Tharamani, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management: Lead a team of sales advisors to drive enrolments and revenue growth, monitor KPIs including lead-to-sale conversions and call quality, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales targets.
Sales Training & Enablement: Design and deliver sales training programs including onboarding, pitch refinement, objection handling, develop sales playbooks, host roleplays and call audits, and use data to identify coaching opportunities.
Webinar Facilitation: Host live product and info webinars for prospects, engage audiences, address FAQs, promote call-to-action, and coordinate with marketing on webinar schedules and follow-up.
Process & Tools: Improve CRM usage, identify and deploy sales productivity tools, and collaborate with tech and operations for smoother post-enrolment fulfillment.

Requirements

5–8 years in B2C or inside sales with 2+ years in sales coaching or leadership, strong communication and public speaking skills, proven sales team performance improvement, understanding of sales funnels and CRM workflows, self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking.
