Opportunity

The company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of Twin’s clinical platform, which powers workflows of physicians, health coaches, and care team members. The platform is critical for enabling personalized, high-quality care to members at scale. The role involves driving AI-powered tools, clinical workflows, and decision support features that enhance care team efficiency and patient outcomes. This position works closely with design, engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and ensure team alignment. It suits a strategic, user-centered product leader passionate about healthcare technology transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin’s clinical platform to enable effective, personalized care delivery by physicians, coaches, and care teams.
  • Design and deliver AI-powered features and intelligent workflows to support clinical decision-making, optimize care coordination, and improve care team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and operational workflows.
  • Translate clinical requirements into product specifications, user stories, and implementation tickets.
  • Partner with Product Design for role-specific user experiences integrated into clinical routines.
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams through product lifecycle stages from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Define and track success metrics on clinical performance, care quality, and patient outcomes.
  • Work with AI/ML teams to ensure solutions are interpretable, safe, and integrated into workflows.
  • Align with leadership and partners to support company strategy and clinical goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or clinical platforms.
  • Experience designing and launching products for care teams including physicians, coaches, nurses, or allied health professionals.
  • Ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features for decision-making in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and multidisciplinary care team needs.
  • Proven leadership of agile teams and management of product development lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
  • Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions and improve product performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, clinical documentation tools, or care coordination platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
