Job Opportunity
The company is hiring a Platform Analytics Engineer to lead analytics for their core product experience. This role involves full-stack analytics, defining and modeling metrics, analyzing behavior, running experiments, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable data models in dbt
- Define core metrics and ensure they are documented, tested, and consistently applied
- Analyze user behavior during onboarding, engagement, coaching, and care delivery
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure product impact and support decisions
- Proactively identify data issues, regressions, and emerging patterns
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on instrumentation, metric design, and measurement plans
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product analytics, analytics engineering, or similar roles
- Advanced SQL and experience with dbt or similar tools
- Python experience for analysis, modeling, or experimentation
- Comfortable working with behavioral health, lifecycle, or time-series data
- Strong understanding of experiment design and interpretation
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment
- Must be US-based with authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
