Job Location and Shifts
Work from office locations in Bangalore or Chennai. Work shift is general with one rotational week off per week.
About the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for the company. Responsibilities include closing sales deals, maintaining customer relationships, presenting products over phone, email, and WhatsApp, handling complaints, and helping the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Source prospect customer data online and offline.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Good knowledge of relevant programs (health sector preferred) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English (compulsory), Hindi and regional languages preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
