Job Location and Hours
Work from Office in Bangalore or Chennai.
General work shift with rotational weekly off (1 per week).
About the Job
Looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate sales, responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
Must be excellent communicator with superior people skills, comfortable presenting products over phone, email, WhatsApp, and handling complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help company grow by bringing customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform about products.
- Answer questions about products or company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer info in database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Source prospect customer data online and offline.
- Handle grievances to preserve company reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful info on CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quota successfully.
- Good knowledge of relevant programs (health sector preferred) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain to prospects.
- Excellent English language skills (compulsory), Hindi and regional languages preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
