Job Location and Work Shift
This position is based in Bangalore or Chennai office. The work shift is general with one rotational weekly day off.
About the Job
The role of Inside Sales Specialist (Health Counselor) involves contributing to sales generation, closing sales deals, and maintaining good customer relationships. The specialist must be an effective communicator with excellent people skills, comfortable presenting products through phone, email, WhatsApp, and handling customer complaints. The goal is to help grow the company by acquiring new customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's products
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Entering and updating customer information in the database
- Accurately processing orders
- Sourcing prospect customer data from online and offline sources
- Handling grievances to preserve company reputation
- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information on CRM tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Good knowledge of relevant programs (preferably in health sector) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory); Hindi and regional languages preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm temperament and ability to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints
