Job Location and Shift

Work from Office in Bangalore (HSR or Kalyan Nagar) or Chennai (IITM).
Work Shift: General
Week off: Rotational Week off (1 per week)

Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales.
Responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining customer relationships with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable presenting products over phone, email, WhatsApp and handling complaints.
Goal is to help company grow by bringing customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products
  • Answer questions about products or company
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in database
  • Take and process orders accurately
  • Source prospect customer data online and offline
  • Handle grievances to preserve company reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or in sales/customer service role
  • Track record of meeting sales quota successfully
  • Good knowledge of relevant programs (health sector preferred) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn and explain products to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English (compulsory), Hindi and regional languages preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and complaints
