Job Location and Work Shift

Work from Office: Bangalore (HSR or Kalyan Nagar) or Chennai (IITM).
Work Shift: General
Week off: Rotational week off (1 per week)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to help generate sales and maintain good customer relationships.
Responsibilities include contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products, answering questions, understanding customer requirements to close sales, updating customer information in the database, processing orders accurately, sourcing customer data, handling grievances, and keeping records of calls and sales in CRM tools.

Requirements

Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
Track record of meeting sales quotas.
Good knowledge of relevant programs (health sector preferred) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn and explain products to prospects.
Excellent English communication (mandatory), Hindi and regional languages preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection with a cool temperament.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
